1. Why don’t you offer any unlimited web hosting plans like other web hosting companies do?

A. First off there is NO such thing as a unlimited web hosting plan. A server is like a gas tank and when the gas tank goes empty so does a server. We like to offer a RubberBand Plan that is not unlimited, but it gives a customer a chance to grow with no extra charges.

2. How long does it take to have my AWG account setup?

A. For security reasons, all purchases with AWG are screened for fraudulent orders.

Note: When you make a purchase from our website your billing zip code and IP address needs to be in the same vicinity.

When your order is accepted:

Shared web and Shared Sitebuilder hosting accounts take less than 1 hour to setup if the customer credentials are correct.

Managed Dedicated server takes 24 to 48 hours to set up.
